Fees (Edexcel)

• * The Academic Year begins on July 3, 2022.
• * Early Years will compose of a maximum of 10 students per batch with one homeroom teacher
• * Student batch strength from Grade 1 to 12 will be 24 students per batch
• * Early Years students will have Live Classes as per Batch Timings from Monday to Friday
• * Grades 1 to 12 will have Live Classes as per Batch Timings from Monday to Saturday. However, the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month will be a holiday for the students.
• * All classes are conducted by Indian Teachers
• * 21K School will be conducting the ACER International Benchmark Test (IBT - Similar to Olympiad) for our students from G3 to G8 in English, Science and Mathematics at no additional cost.
• * Day boarding option is available for students of Grade 1 to 8 and will involve additional 2 hours of schooling after/before the regular school hours. It will include a third language (only for Grades 1 to 5), Computer & IT Programme (Grade 6 to 8), English Reading Programme, Leadership Programme, General Knowledge, Personality Development, Mindfulness and more. Additional Academic Support in the form of ‘on-demand’ Doubts Clearing Time of 2 hours every working Saturday during the scheduled time is also included in the Day-Boarding option.

Note: Kit delivery charges are included for Pan India. An additional charge of Rs. 3000/- will be applicable for delivery outside India.

• Students can select their second and third language from the below-mentioned list.
• The Third Language is not taught in Grades 6 and above.
• The third language is optional for Grade 1 to 5 students

• Student of Grade 1 to 5 opting third languages will have to pay additional charges as per the schedule:

*This fee is payable every time a student changes 2nd or 3rd Language. An additional charge of $40 will be applicable for delivery outside India.

1. English is the First Language and Medium of Instruction.
2. All students must opt for Second Language from Grade 1 to 8.
3. Students of Grade 1 to 5 can select Third Language (optional) on payment of additional charges as mentioned above. Classes for these will be conducted twice a week after regular school hours.
4. Third Language is included under the Day Boarding Programme for Grades 1 to 5.

2. Enrolment Fees is $20. No additional admission fees or donation is charged.

5. School Fee is payable within fifteen days of commencement of each term, irrespective of the number of calendar months in each term. This fee is applicable for all grades unless otherwise specified.
6. An additional school fee of $20 per month will be applicable for children with Special Education Need (SEN)
7. Fee includes Assessment Charges of 21K School
8. Transfer Certificate is issued on request to students who have completed an academic year with 21K & cleared all the dues.
9. Request for Change of Grade, Curriculum, 2nd / 3rd Language, Bonafide Certificate, additional documents, duplicate copies of marks sheet / revised fee receipts or Duplicate TC will attract payment of $15 per instance. Any courier charges if required will be additional.
10. Change of Batch timings can be done thrice a year at no additional cost, subject to availability.
11. No Dues Certificate is required for attempting any Term-end Examinations.
12. Fees must be paid online through the Invoice/ link provided.
13. We do not accept cash/cheque/demand draft.
14. No component of the fee is refundable, in part or full, under any circumstances.
15. Late payment charges of $2 per day will be levied if the fee is not paid within the due date.
16. Change of Curriculum in the middle of the academic year will be allowed only after payment of fees for the entire academic year, including the differential fee for lapsed months, if applicable.
17. Kit delivery charges - An additional charge of $40 will be applicable for delivery outside India.
18. Any additional electives or programs under 21K Skills or outbound learning programs will be charged separately and are not included above.
19. Classes will commence from 3rd July 2022. No component of the fees is attuned with the calendar months.
20. The academic year ends in June 2023.
21. The fee structure of 21K School is governed by its rules, policies, terms and conditions and as amended from time to time by the Management at its sole discretion.

1. Family concession (where two or more students of the same parents are studying at 21K School) would be provided only for the younger sibling. The rebate permissible is 10% on School Fee. This rebate cannot be combined with any other scholarship or rebate or waiver of fees.
2. Students can get a rebate of 5% on payment of complete annual fees at the time of admission or before 31st July 2022.
3. There is no additional cost for 21K School Students for attending the Summer School Program at the end of the academic year. Participation Certificates are given to all students on completion of the Summer School Program.
4. Students can get a referral rebate of 5% per student enrolled through their reference and upon payment of 1st quarter fees.
5. The registered students of 21K School will get a 10% rebate on the programs delivered by 21K Skills.
6. We offer a few scholarships to students impacted due to Covid related deaths of both parents.
7. Any and all Rebates and Scholarships are applicable only on the annual School Fees. No rebate or waiver is applicable on the learning kit, coding kit, day-boarding, integrated programmes, board examination fee, centre charges, or any similar additional cost as mentioned separately.
8. Students passing out from 21K School in Grade 10 or Grade 12 will get free membership to 21K School Alumni Crew
